Bookings are 2-night minimum on any weekend and minimum booking long weekends and holidays.

Peak season is any long weekend, school holidays, Easter and Christmas or Special Events.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

• Check-in 2pm
• Check-out 10am

Office hours are 8.30am to 6.00pm. If you are running late please call us to arrange your map and keys. Phone 03 5348 3821.

DOGS

We are a dog-friendly park but no dogs are allowed in or around Glamping Tents or Glamping Facilities.

BOOKING POLICY

All bookings require one night’s deposit to secure your booking.

All long weekends require payment in full 30 days before arrival with NO REFUNDS.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 All cancellations incur a $20.00 administration fee.

There will be NO REFUNDS for any cancellations within 14 days of arrival date during our off peak periods and NO REFUNDS for any cancellations within 30 days of arrival date during our peak periods.

ONCE THE GLAMPING TENT HAS BEEN OCCUPIED, NO REFUND IS AVAILABLE.

RE-BOOKING POLICY FOR PEAK PERIODS

When you’re enjoying a great holiday, we know what a relief it is to know that your booking is secured for the same time next year.   At Daylesford Glamping, our in-house guests have the first right to rebook their Glamping Tent for the same peak period next year. To secure your booking please pay your deposit at Reception before departure. Re-bookings not secured with a deposit prior to departure will be immediately forfeited and made available for booking by the general public.

Peak Periods include Public Holidays, Victorian School Holidays and Major Events including ChillOut Festival and Ride Daylesford. If unclear, please check with Reception during your stay.
